eloquent contradiction

don’t leave your house and go out to the
cold
for wolves and beasts care not who they
hold
stay where you belong and you won’t get
harmed
but if need be go out make sure that you’re
armed

don’t be destroyed by the dog in the
night
live your life fully stay out of the
light
be sure that you’re not seen with the crowd
who
stays out and robs other things like they
do

make sure your mother and father know
what
you will be seen with while working out
but
stay out of the light hide your face from the
crowd
who knows what they don’t yet all seem so
proud
