Do not stop my eyes,
                                        for with them, I see,
                                        though stare away as I sometimes do,
                                        that, without you, how lost I would be.

                                        Do not stop my ears,
                                        for, through them, comes sound,
                                        though loud and sometimes frightening,
                                        still relieves me to know that you I have found.

                                        Do not stop my mouth,
                                        though some of my words are meager and meek,
                                        they are full and flowing with love
                                        when of you and to you I speak.
