Laughter lures fools,
love attracts adolescence,
but it’s the wise man
who stays but with
himself.
Love welcomes loneliness,
friendship finds foes,
but loneness is peace
of mind.
Learning lessens literates,
knowing is death. But
animals don’t know so
they can’t murder.
Peace is waiting. Doves are
calling. No one is responding.
No one gets to get the gift
of love.
